Welcome to ph755. All deposits are credited to your ph755 account balance upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment processor. ph755 is not responsible for delays caused by network issues, bank processing times, or third-party payment service limitations.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them, including any questions regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through informal negotiation, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines. For matters falling within the regulatory oversight of PAGCOR, disputes may additionally be referred to the appropriate PAGCOR dispute resolution mechanism.
